Project Description

The Pacific Village Project includes two apartment communities to be developed side by side on approximately 13 acres of land at 8525 Pacific Avenue SE and 1236 Marvin Road SE in the Lacey area of Olympia, Thurston County, Washington. The Project will have approximately 256 apartment units, with 132 units in the East Village (Phase 1) and 124 units in West Village (Phase 2). Three-story garden-style multifamily buildings will contain a combination of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Each community will have its own recreation building, outdoor pool and spa, carports and open parking, and landscaped green spaces. The Project design allows for combined or separate management of each community and for potential future conversion to condominiums.
