Matt Abbey obtained a Construction Management degree from Washington State University. Early in his career, as a development analyst, he performed multiple feasibility studies as well as facilitated receipt of permits for many high profile construction projects in the Puget Sound region. He later entered the project management field on the commercial side of the industry, managing several commercial projects including Albertson's, Safeway, Marriott Hotel, Walgreens, and Bank of America to name a few. He went on to manage numerous midrise and high-rise mixed-use projects located in the greater Seattle area valued well over $250 million. In addition to his construction experience, he is also a 4th generation real estate broker, licensed and bonded contractor, developer and highly successful real estate investor.
