Steven Lou is a seasoned business executive with 30 years of combined experience in finance, investment, and real estate acquisition and development. With three Master's degrees, respectively in Economics, Statistics, and Business Management, Mr. Lou has been a successful capital portfolio manager, later an investor, and now a developer.  His experience in investment spans from stock market to equity in later-stage businesses, from U.S. to Asia, mostly China, and from China to U.S.  Along with investment, he also plays significant roles in real estate development.
