Lei Cheng found his interests in real estate investment and development early when he was a college student. Since then, he has co-foundered a real estate development company in Seattle and started building residential properties for clients. Later he entered the commercial and mixed-use side of the industry, participating in feasibility studies, estimation, manpower scheduling, project budgeting and financials. Lei’s academic background, experience and deep understanding of the industry enables him to work in diverse teams during all phases of the real estate development process, both internally and externally. Lei is a graduate of Peking University and University of Washington. He also holds an engineering PhD degree.
